Loading paper into Tray 1

Pull out Tray 1.
% Press the lifter plate down until it "clicks" into position.
1 Paper take-up roller

NOTICE
Be careful not to touch the surface of the paper take-up roller with your hand.

Slide the lateral guide to fit to the groove according to the paper size.

Set the paper and slide the lateral guide to fit to the paper edge.
% Load the paper so that the side on which you want to print is facing up.
% Be sure to load the paper below the tab, so that the stack height does not exceed the , mark.
% For how to set custom sized paper, refer to page 3-7.
% Up to 250 sheets of plain paper can be loaded.
% Up to 20 sheets of thick paper can be loaded.
% Up to 10 OHP transparencies can be loaded.
% Up to 10 envelopes can be loaded.
