COMPUTER INSTRUCTION:
1. COUNT: Accumulate the number of stride during workout session.
2. TIME: Determine the length of workout session
3. CALORIE: Show the calories burned. This is a rough guide only and should be used as a
comparison over several exercise sessions.
4. STRIDES/MIN: Display strides in every minute.
5. SCAN: Scan each function in sequence.
HOW TO REPLACE BATTERY:
1. Take the computer off the unit.
2. Remove battery
3. Replace with a new battery and make sure the battery is positioned correctly
NOTE:
1. Turn the power of the computer on to start doing exercise
2. If holding on the button for 3 secpmds,all function values will be reset to zero
3. Withour using the computer for 4 minutes, the computer will be shut off automatically.
4. Please take out the battery if do not use it for along time.
