7.1.12 USB Device Port-A3
The USB Device Port-A3 adds two USB ports to the machine so a user can use
a 3rd party card reader or the optional Multimedia Reader/Writer-A3 for additional
media support.
7.1.13 Multimedia Reader/Writer-A3
The Multimedia Reader/Writer-A3 enables a user to use SD, Compact Flash,
Memory Stick, and Microdrive memory media for direct print and scan to store
operations.
NOTE
To use the Multimedia Reader/Writer-A3, the optional USB Device Port-A3 must
be installed.
7.1.14 Web Access Software-H1
The Web Access Software-H1 enables the user to view Web pages from the
touch panel display of the machine. If PDF files are registered on the Web page,
the user can print them without using a computer. Moreover, if a Web page or
special content is created, and then registered as a PDF file, the Web page or
special content can be shared with other users.
NOTE
To print Web pages and PDF files using the Web Access Software-H1, the
optional imagePRESS Printer Kit-F1 must be installed.
7.1.15 Access Management System Kit-B1
The Access Management System Kit-B1 enables the administrator to assign
users and user groups access restrictions to entire or specific machine functions.
The Access Management System works with the SSO (Single Sign-On) login
service.
