Replace both brake pads when
the friction material (even if it is
just one brake pad) is worn to
about 1 mm (0.039 in).
- Front pad (3).
- Rear pad (4).

Periods of inactivity

Take some measures to avoid the side
effects of not using the vehicle.
It is also necessary to perform the repairs
and general control before the storage.
Proceed as follows:
•
Remove the spark plug and
pour a spoonful of two-stroke
engine oil (5 - 10 cm³/ 0.30 - 0.61
cu. in) in the cylinder.
Set the ignition switch to "key on" and
press the engine starter button for a few
seconds to distribute the oil evenly over
the cylinder surfaces.
•
Refit the spark plug
•
Remove the battery.
•
Wash and dry the vehicle.
•
Polish the painted surfaces.
•
Inflate tyres.

Wanneer de dikte van het wrij-
vingsmateriaal (ook van slechts
één pastille) verminderd is tot
ongeveer 1 mm (0.039 in), moet
men beide pastilles vervangen.
- Voorste pastille (3).
- Achterste pastille (4).

Stilstand van het voertuig

Men moet enkele voorzorgsmaatregelen
treffen om de effecten van het niet ge-
bruiken van het voertuig tegen te gaan.
Bovendien moeten eerst de herstellingen
en een algemene controle uitgevoerd
worden.
Handel als volgt:
•
Verwijder de bougie en giet in de
cilinder een lepeltje (5 - 10 cc /
0.30 - 0.61cu in) olie voor 2takt
motoren.
Plaats de ontstekingssleutel op ''key on''
en druk enkele seconden lang op de
startknop van de motor om de olie uni-
form over de oppervlakken van de cilin-
der te verdelen.

Hermonteer de bougie
•
Verwijder de accu.
