For a quick check of the correct direction
of the front light beams, place the vehicle
ten metres from a vertical wall and make
sure the ground is level.
Turn on the low beam light, sit on the
scooter and check that the light beam
projected to the wall is a little below the
04_19
headlight horizontal straight line (about
9/10 of the total height).
To adjust the light beam:
•
Operating from the front head-
lamp, act on the set screw with
a cross wrench.
TIGHTEN the screw (clockwise) to lower
the light beam.
UNDO the screw (anticlockwise) to raise
the light beam.

Afstellen van de koplamp

Voor een snelle controle van de correcte
richting van de lichtbundel vooraan,
plaats men het voertuig op tien meter af-
stand van een verticale wand, en contro-
leert men of het terrein vlak is.
Ontsteek het dimlicht, ga op het voertuig
zitten en controleer of de lichtbundel die
op de wand wordt geprojecteerd zich iets
onder de horizontale lijn van de koplamp
bevindt (ongeveer 9/10 van de totale
hoogte).
Voor het regelen van de lichtbundel:
•
Handel achteraan op het voor-
licht met behulp van een kruis-
schroevendraaier op de regel-
bout.
Door haar VAST TE DRAAIEN (in wij-
zerszin) wordt de lichtbundel verlaagd.
Door haar LOS TE DRAAIEN (in tegen-
wijzerszin) wordt de lichtbundel ver-
hoogd.
