3. Remove the ribbon guide
4. To remove the ribbon cassette, pull the underside of
ribbon cassette and carefully lift the cartridge out ofthe
printer.
5. Remove the ribbon guide (blue part)from the ribbon
cassette.
Don't turn the ribbon feed knob before installation
