If the input source is on when you connect it to the projector, it could cause a malfunction.
If the orientation or shape of the plug differs, do not try to force it in. The device could be damaged or could malfunction.

If the source you want to connect to has an unusually shaped port, use the cable supplied with the device or an optional cable to connect to the projector.
Make sure the HDMI cable conforms to the HDMI standard. If you use a cable that does not conform to the HDMI standard, images may not be displayed
correctly.
When using the power port for an optical HDMI cable, connect it to the USB-A port.
Images may not be displayed correctly depending on the length and performance quality of the HDMI cable.
You can set the signal from the 3G/HD/SD SDI port in SDI Settings.

Make sure the cable you are using is as short as possible. Images may not display correctly when using a long cable.
