5.5.4 Disassembling the injection-pumps

1. Remove the fuel rail (F).
Important
• Make sura that the injector gaskets remain in position.
2. Unhook the spring (L).
Important
• If injector pumps are to be used during installation,
do not loosen the screws (L1) in order to not balance
injector pump deliveries during tuning.
3. Unscrew the screws (M).
4. Remove the connecting rod (M1).
5. Dismount the injection-pumps (N).
5.5.5 Disassembling precombustion chamber
1. Disconnect the electric cable (P).
2. Remove the preheating glow plugs (Q).
3. Unscrew the ring nut (R) using the special pin wrench
"7107-1460-027".
