Click the Stop button.
The TIA stops acquiring data and goes to the Idle condition.
Analyze the Histogram Data

Use the mouse to drag the markers. Adjust them so they delimit a single
distribution. You can drag a marker from either the panorama or main
display.
Now you can read the statistics for one distribution. The panorama
display (the display just below the statistics) always shows the entire span
of the histogram, while the main display below can be scaled to show a
closer view of the data.
