Using Online Help
Using Online Help
Extensive online help information about the operation of the TIA User
Interface software is available as part of the application. There are two
ways to access this information:

Press the F1 key when you want to know about a command or the window
where you are currently working. The help information that appears will
be based on the highlighted command or the currently active window.

Go to the Help pull-down menu and select one of the options. You can
select from the following list:
Help Contents
A help window opens and displays a table of contents for the help
information. Select from introductory, task, and problem solving
topics.
Active Window
Help information for the active window is displayed. This selection
is equivalent to pressing the F1 key.
Menu Commands
A help window opens and displays a list of the menus. Click on the
menu of interest.
Reference
Presents overview information such as how the TIA interface is
organized and other material on diagnostics.
Glossary
A help window opens and displays an alphabetical listing of the
terms used in the Time Interval Analyzer.
Getting Started
Use this help information when first starting to use the TIA or as a
reminder of the setup steps to follow when acquiring and analyzing
data.
