Demo 3: PLL Frequency Settling
Review the setup menu for the frequency settling measurement.
The HP E1741A is triggered with a voltage step and will gather 2,000
measurements, timing every second data edge. Notice also that the
"Record Mode" is set to "sequential." The HP E1741A will record timing
information in its 512K sequential memory, as opposed to processing data
into histograms on-the-fly as shown in the earlier demos.
