Demo 3: PLL Frequency Settling
The HP E1741A always measures time intervals, actually, the TIA time
stamps the signal edges. The Versus-Time display allows you to
post-process the acquired data as Frequency, Period, or Time Interval.
Using the markers, you can easily determine the frequency settling time
of this PLL.
