Demo 2: Data-to-Clock
Since this is a data-to-clock measurement, the "Source" is Input 1 to 2 to
indicate an expected signal at Input 1 and Input 2 on the front panel of
the HP E1740A. The "Use" selection is Input 1 to 2 to specify that
Input 1 to 2 intervals are to be used for display and analysis. For record
mode measurements of "fast histogram," the "Source" and "Use" fields will
be identical.
To see the input settings used for this measurement, click Input... near
the bottom of the TIA Setup window.
The Input 2 settings can be viewed by selecting 2 on the "Input 1 or 2"
panel.

Histograms and Statistics

Select Display>Histogram.
Maximize this window by clicking on the maximize (
upper right corner of the Histogram window.
