3. Remove the four shoulder screws (φ9), and then remove the BU assembly.
Note
Do not hold the spindle motor. Hold the portion A of the base plate.

4. Disconnect the flexible cable from the connector (CN2) on the SE-1005A board.
5. Remove the two screws (PSW2 x 6), and then remove the sled motor.
Note
When the spindle motor is facing down during work, be careful not to apply a load to the spindle
motor. Stressing the spindle motor may degrade its performance or cause a failure.

6. Install the removed parts by reversing the steps of removal.
