If the maintenance menu does not work normally
If the maintenance menu is not displayed on the menu window, the following possible causes are
considered. Clear the possible causes and then click the [EXIT] to exit the program. Then re-execute the
[PDWTerminal.exe] file.
Symptom:
"USB DEVICE NOT READY" appears in the status area.
Possible cause:
•
This unit is not powered on.
•
No USB cable is connected.
•
An incorrect drive name is set.
•
This unit is not recognized by the PC due to a cause other than above.
Symptom:
"ABORTING" appears momentarily on the menu window and "COMMAND SEQUENCE ERROR"
appears in the error message area.
Possible cause:
A cartridge is remaining in the unit.
Description
Executes the selected menu and items in the menu.
Exits the maintenance mode.
Moves the cursor on the menu.
Moves to one-level higher menu layer and exits a menu.
Moves to one-level lower menu layer.
