4-11-7. SE-1004A Board
Replacement procedure
Preparation
1. Remove the front panel assembly. (Refer to "4-2-1. Front Panel Assembly".)
2. Remove the rear panel. (Refer to "4-2-2. Rear Panel".)
3. Remove the loader assembly. (Refer to "4-3. Loader Assembly".)
Procedure
1. Disconnect the FPC (sled motor) and the FPC SE1004-LDR35 from the connectors (CN4, CN35) on
the SE-1004A board.
2. Remove the five screws (P1.7 x 2.5), and then remove the SE-1004A board.

Note
•
Install the FPC SE1004-LDR35 with the stiffening plate facing up.
•
When installing the SE-1004A board, fit the eight bosses with the eight holes.
3. Install the removed parts by reversing the steps of removal.
Note
Before installing a new SE-1004A board, bend it to prevent it from floating.
