L4-40 Ozone exhaust fan lock detection
Detail MCU
Cause Ozone exhaust fan.
MCU PWB trouble.
Connection trouble of the connector and the harness.
Check & Remedy Check connection of the fan harness and the
connector.
Replace the fan.
Replace the MCU PWB.
L4-70 Toner motor lock detection
Detail MCU
Cause Toner motor abnormality
Improper connection or disconnection of the toner
motor and the harness.
MCU PWB abnormality
Check & Remedy Use SIM 61-3 to check the toner motor operations.
Check connection of the toner motor harness/
connector.
Replace the toner motor..
Replace the MCU PWB.

Cause Polygon motor unit abnormality
Improper connection or disconnection of the polygon
motor and the harness.

Check & Remedy Use SIM 61-1 to check the polygon motor operations.
Check connection of the polygon motor harness/
connector.
Replace the LSU.
Replace the MCU PWB.
