Adjusting the brake cable
1. Put the machine in a level position.
2. Check that the parking brake is not on.
3. Loosen the locking nuts (1).
4. Adjust the play between the casing and the
adjustment screw to 1 mm (0.040") when
pulling the casing. This gives a play on the
pedal of approximately 40 mm.

WARNING!
A poorly adjusted parking brake can
result in reduced braking ability.
5. Tighten the nuts moderately to avoid damaging
the threads.
6. Make sure the parking brake works.
