Encrypting the Data in the Address Book

This can be specified by the user administrator.
Encrypt the data in the address book.
To encrypt the Data in the Address Book, the Printer/Scanner unit must be in-
stalled.

Note
❒ If you register additional users after encrypting the data in the address book,
those users are also encrypted.

Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.

Select [System Settings] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.

Select [Administrator Tools] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.

Select [Extended Security] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.
