Unpacking Testhead
This section covers how to unpack the testhead. The testhead is stored in the carton. Remove the carton using the
following procedure.
CAUTION
At least two person are required to move the testhead.
1. Cut the nylon straps securing the box, remove the
tape, and open the top of the carton.
3. Remove the carton on the testhead.
5. Take the testhead to the clean room.
CAUTION
The testhead must adapt to the atmospheric temperature before removing the carton. Also,
measure the atmospheric temperature at the location where the testhead will reside.

2. Remove the top cover.
4. The testhead is wrapped in a vinyl cover. Do not
remove the vinyl cover while the testhead is
outside of the clean room.
