Description
Turn on service mode
Turn off service mode
Requirement: You have generally released simulation mode in DR03.
Turn on test mode.
The simulation value from DR16 is used instead of the measured value
for calculation of the process values.
Switch off test mode.
When emergency access of the Web server was enabled using the
button on the electronic weighing system, you can end emergency ac‐
cess.
The command resets the electronic weighing system to the "ex works"
status. During this process:
● All parameters and saved data (including log memory, logbook, IP
addresses and Modbus addresses)
● All message buffers (diagnostic buffer, trace memory, etc.) are reset
● A configured recovery point, if any, is overwritten by the default
values.
As "Load factory settings (11)".
DR07 is not reset.
Shows the set weighing operating mode in the display.
Backs up all scale parameters as a recovery point that can then be
loaded when needed using command 31.
Calibration point 0 valid / save values for calibration point 0. The current
load cell signal or the currently measured digits are assigned to cali‐
bration weight 0 from DR03 and entered as "Calibration digit 0" in DR03.
Calibration point 1 valid / save values for calibration point 1. The current
load cell signal or the currently measured digits are assigned to cali‐
bration weight 1 from DR03 and entered as "Calibration digit 1" in DR03.
Calibration point 2 valid / save values for calibration point 2. The current
load cell signal or the currently measured digits are assigned to cali‐
bration weight 2 from DR03 and entered as "Calibration digit 2" in DR03.
Set calibration point 3 / save values for calibration point 1.
Set calibration point 4 / save values for calibration point 2.
Move calibration characteristic. The command defines the current
weight of the scale as the new zero point (0 kg) and shifts the complete
characteristic without changing the gradient. The command can be
used, for example, in order to compensate parts used for mounting
calibration weights on the scale at the end of the calibration.
