D.3 Set commands
Set commands are used to set specific settings in the device. Most settings will not take effect
until the module is rebooted.
set apn ###
set baud ###
set billing ###
set client port ###
module Trusted IP Host setting.
Returns the address or DNS Name in the 3rd field of the cellular
module Trusted IP Host setting.
Returns the address or DNS Name in the 4th field of the cellular
module Trusted IP Host setting.
Returns information concerning the last update check.
Returns the results of a modem operating system update.
Returns the number of bytes used across the cellular network in the
previous month.
Returns the number of bytes used across the cellular network in the
current month.
Returns the number of bytes used across the cellular network since
midnight.
Returns the number of bytes used across the cellular network
during the previous day.
Sets the APN (Access Point Name) in the device. Corresponds to
the APN setting in the modem web configuration interface. ### is
a string the corresponds to the APN issued by the cellular provider
when the cellular account was created.
Sets the modem baud rate for the RS-232 port. ### is a number
corresponding to the desired baud rate. Accepted values are
460800 , 230400 , 115200 , 76800 , 57600 , 38400 , 19200 , 14400 , 9600 ,
4800 , and 2400 .
Sets the billing day that will be used to roll over the data usage
statistics in the modem. ### is a number. Accepted values are 1
through 31 .
Sets the client port number used in serial client and serial
client/server modes. ### is a number. The accepted range is 1
through 65535.
