How to Clean (1)
Clean the following parts with a printer cleaning kit. *
Before cleaning, remove the media and carbon ribbon.
Cleaning of the platen roller
* Wipe the platen roller with a cotton cloth soaked with the printer cleaning fluid.
Cleaning of the media sensor
* Wipe the media sensor with a cotton cloth soaked with the printer cleaning
fluid.
* The printer cleaning kit and cleaning sheet are optional. Contact your SATO reseller
or technical support center to purchase them.
