Nothing is printed out even though the media is fed.
1 Is the print head dirty or is there
a label attached to it?
2 Are the media and carbon ribbon
of SATO product designed for
the printer loaded?
3 Is the media sensor dirty?
4 Are the contents of the data or

correct?
* The printer cleaning kit is optional. Contact your SATO reseller or technical support
center to purchase it.
Caution
• Disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet before cleaning.

If the print head is dirty, wipe it with the printer
cleaning kit. * If there is a label attached to the print
head, peel it off.
Do not use a metallic tool to peel off the label (the
print head may be damaged). If the adhesive of the
label is attached to the print head, wipe it with the
printer cleaning kit. * See "Daily Cleaning."
