the printer loaded?
* The printer cleaning kit is optional. Contact your SATO reseller or technical support
center to purchase it.
Caution
• Disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet before cleaning.
Check that the media and carbon ribbon are loaded
correctly. Also open the top cover and check if the
media is placed in the correct position.
Set again the print darkness with the printer setting
tool or the command.
If the platen roller is dirty, wipe it with the printer
cleaning kit. * See "Daily Cleaning." (
If the print head is dirty, wipe it with the printer
cleaning kit. * If there is a label attached to the print
head, peel it off.
Do not use a metallic tool to peel off the label (the
print head may be damaged).
If the adhesive of the label is attached to the print
head, wipe it with the printer cleaning kit. * See "Daily
Cleaning." (

Use the clean media.
Use genuine media and carbon ribbon for the
printer.
