Cause Countermeasure
Contact your SATO reseller or technical
support center.
Insert the SD card that has setting contents of
the printer stored in it.
Use an SD card initialized in the printer.
If the trouble persists or the SD card is not
used, contact your SATO reseller or technical
support center.
Wait until the ERROR status LED goes out.
Contact your SATO reseller or technical
support center.
Wait until the ERROR status LED goes off.
When the ON LINE button is pressed, the
print job is performed again.
When the FEED button is pressed, 1 item of
the print requests is canceled.
When the ON LINE and FEED buttons are
pressed at the same time, the printer comes
into the mode that enables you to select
whether to cancel the job or not. When the
FEED button is pressed while " " is on the
display, the job is not canceled. To cancel the
job, press the ON LINE button to display " "
and press the FEED button.
