Press the { { { { User Tools/Counter/Inquiry} } } }
key (See p.5 "Control Panel"), then
[Facsimile Features] ⇒ [Gen. Settings/Ad-
just] ⇒ [Program Fax Information].

not shown, press [U U U U Prev.] or [T T T T

Program the name and facsimile
number.
Programming a Fax Header
A Press [First Name] or [Second
Name].
B Enter a fax header, and then
press [OK].

Programming an Own Name
A Press [Own Name].

C Enter an own name, and then
press [OK]

Programming an Own Fax
Number
A Press [Own Fax Number].
B Select line type to Program.
When the optional Extra G3 or
G4 Interface Unit is installed, a
different display appears.
C Enter the own facsimile number
using the number keys, and
then press [OK].
Note
❒ To enter a + sign or a space,
press [+ ] or [Space].
❒ If you make a mistake, press
[Clear] or the { { { { Clear / Stop} } } }
key, and then program the
facsimile number again.
