1 albumen
125 g oil
100 g sugar
1 yolk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
250 g white flour
1. Mix the albumen completely until the mixture become hard. And then
add oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and yolks. Mix completely.
2. Add flour gradually to the mixture.
3. Flatten the dough on the greased metal tray on the low rack.
4. Choose the menu and weight, press start.
5. After cooking, spread the sugar over it and cut it in your favorite shape.

100 g starch powder
3-4 cups(600-800 ml) water
200 g sugar
1/2 cup(100 ml) rose water
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
50 g butter
50 g almond peel
1 teaspoon saffron
1. Solve the starch in the cold water. Place food on the glass tray.
2. Choose the menu and weight, press start.
3. When first beep, stir. Press start to continue cooking.
4. When second beep, add other ingredients and put the dish in the
oven again.
5. Press start to continue cooking.
(The amount of water depends on the kind of starch)
