Ingredients for marinade
2 grated onion
3 tablespoons saffron water
5 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine the ingredients of the marinade, marinate the chicken for
3-4 hours.
2. Skewer the chicken with the rotisserie bar. Note that the bar pass
through the chicken completely.
3. Tie its feet, wings and body with a cotton thread and insert the bar
into the rotisserie holder over the metal tray on the glass tray. (Refer
to the Rotisserie cook for details on page 20-21.)
4. Choose the menu and weight, press start.
5. After cooking, remove from the oven. Stand covered with aluminum
foil for 5 minutes before serving.
