Ingredients
Fish fillet of 150~200 g per each.
1 cup flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup finely ground breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper or as desired, coat in flour
and brush with beaten egg.
2. Coat with finely ground breadcrumbs and rub the surface of schnitzel
with oil.
3. Place food on the crisping tray on the high rack. Choose the menu
and weight, press start.

500 g lean ground lamb or beef
500 g small potatoes, cooked and mashed
3 eggs
2 onions, grated
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 cup bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix meat, potatoes, eggs, onions and parsley.
2. With the meat mixture, make balls about 4-5 cm diameter.
3. Spread bread crumbs on a flat surface. Roll each ball in bread
crumbs until it is fully covered. Shape the ball into an ellipse with a
thickness of 1 cm. Rub the surface of cutlet with oil.
4. Place food on the crisping tray on the high rack. Choose the menu
and weight, press start. After cooking, remove from the oven and
stand.
