Fault isolation procedures
13. Did the test return Board not inserted for the near-end circuit pack
(nearest the SPE), or for the far-end circuit pack in a simplex PNC?
14. If No , visually check to see if any CSU devices are looped back.
15. Did Test #788 pass and Test #789 fail?
16. If No , did Test #788 fail or abort and Test #789 fail or abort?
