Allowing Pop-up Windows, JavaScript and Java
Permissions
In order to use the WebGUI, you must allow:

Internet Explorer Pop-up Blockers

Disable pop-up blocking to log on to your device, if necessary.
Either disable pop-up blocking (enabled by default in Windows XP SP
(Service Pack) 2) or enable pop-up blocking and create an exception for
your device IP address.

section in the Privacy tab.
