4. Reinstall any adapters you removed in other procedures.
5. Reconnect any internal cables that you disconnected.

Removing the microprocessor 2 air baffle
The following procedure is for a Tier 1 customer replaceable unit (CRU).
Replacement of Tier 1 CRUs is your responsibility. If IBM installs a Tier 1 CRU at
your request, you will be charged for the installation. Service agreements can be
purchased so that you can ask IBM to replace these units.
Note: Before running a procedure, refer to "Removing a file module to perform a
maintenance action" on page 51.
When you work with some optional devices, you must first remove the
microprocessor 2 air baffle to access certain components on the system board.
To remove the microprocessor 2 air baffle, complete the following steps.

b. Press the battery down into the socket until it clicks into place. Make sure
that the battery clip holds the battery securely.
c. If you removed a rubber cover from the battery holder, use your fingers to
install the battery cover on top of the battery connector.
Attention:
v When you route cables, do not block any connectors or the ventilated space
around any of the fans.
v Make sure that cables are not routed on top of components under the PCI
riser-card assemblies.
v Make sure that cables are not pinched by server components.

Note: You must wait approximately 2.5 minutes after you connect the power
cord of the file module to an electrical outlet before the power-control button
becomes active.
v Set the system date and time.
v Set the power-on password.
v Reconfigure the file module.
