Engaging or Disengaging
the Transmission
You can disengage the drum from the transmission
to allow the machine to be maneuvered. Disengage
the transmission when you need to move the
machine without starting the engine (e.g., performing
maintenance in an enclosed area).
Before you operate the machine, ensure that you
engage the transmission.
1.
Locate the traction-engagement lever on the
transmission gearbox

disengage the transmission:
Disengage the transmission: Rotate the
lever to the D
Engage the transmission: Rotate the lever
