Prepare and install the Avaya Secure Router 4134 chassis

Opening the rear access panel

Open the rear access panel to replace the DIMM, internal modules, or Compact Flash. Do not
hot swap any internal component. For information about how to replace internal components,
see Avaya Secure Router 4134 Installation — Hardware Components (NN47263-301).
Average time to open the rear access panel: 30 seconds.
Caution:
Do not open the Secure Router 4134 service access panel while the unit is powered. You
cannot hot swap internal components.
