Obtaining Configuration Mode access when occupied by an
inactive or unresponsive session
This section describes steps used if an administrator level user needs to gain access to
Configuration Mode in the Secure Router 2330/4134, but is unable to due to an inactive or
unresponsive session.
An inactive session would be classified as a session where a user has failed to issue the exit
command to properly end their console session. Failing to do so leaves Configuration Mode
