Program parameter 7: Adjusting the nominal settling time and indicating the actual settling time.
Program Parameter: 7
Settling time
desired value:250ms
actual value: 250ms
Fig. 44: Adjusting the nominal settling time
In the upper line the „desired value" of the settling time must be entered. If the achievable settling
time exceeds the „desired value", the system selects the next larger possible value and indicates
this value in the line below.
Possible choices:
2 / 4 / 8 / 15 / 25 / 100 / 250 ms
In general, the „desired value" should be set such that it fits the transportation speed and the sheet
length.
Fast transportation and short sheets require shorter measurement times
Program parameter 8: Teach-In for 1-sheet
Program Parameter: 8
Teach-In 1-sheet
Fig. 45: Status of Teach-In
Possible indications:
• missing:
• OK:
• statical:
• dynamical: A dynamic Teach-In for 1-sheet will be performed
If no Teach-In is present or if a Teach-In for 1-sheet must be repeated, select "statical"/"dynamical".
• Statical:
• Dynamical: The sheet with nominal thickness is moved through the sensor gap while
