In both cases, there is an 'on' time during which the water moistens the coffee, and an
'off' time when the ground coffee tablet is soaked completely before the distribution
starts at 9 bar.
To change this time, simply press the time marker and a new screen will appear where
you can make the change.
Also on the subject of times, you can select the type of pre-infusion you want by
choosing different types of pre-infusion for different coffee doses.
FLUSHING BEFORE COFFEE DISTRIBUTION
Before affixing the filter holder to make a coffee, we recommend you expel a small
amount of water through the group to get rid of any ground coffee that may have
got stuck to the washer during the previous coffee-making process. This also helps
to ensure that the water that will moisten the coffee is at the right temperature for its
infusion.
This process can be done automatically by pressing the continuous discharge
button and then the 2 large coffees button. The group will discharge water for 3
seconds and then stop.
DATA TRANSFER
On this screen you can copy all the changes and modified parameters from one group
to another or to both the other groups.
To do so, select the icon of the group in 'source' and the icon of the group or groups to
which you wish to copy this information, in 'destination'.
Once you have selected the 'source' group and the 'destination' group/s, confirm the
action by pressing OK.
