To edit an existing OSPF area definition, select the area
from the OSPF Area Setting screen, and then click the
Edit button:

The following fields can be set or are displayed:
Parameter Description
Area ID
Type
Stub Import
Summary LSA
A 32-bit number in the form of an IP
address (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)
uniquely identifies the OSPF area in
the OSPF domain.
This field can be toggled between
Normal and Stub using the space
bar. When it is toggled to Stub,
additional fields appear
Import Summary LSA, and Default
Cost.
Displays whether or not the selected
Area will allow Summary Link-State
Advertisements (Summary LSAs) to
be imported into the area from other
areas.
