1. Remove operator lower side cover (see section 5.11).
2. Remove lower output cover (see section 5.11).
3. Release belt pressure on main drive belt by loosening the idler. Unattach
belt.
4. Remove operator side frame screws (five allens and two phillips, see
above).
5. Spread side frames apart and remove exit roller from non-operator side
frame. Note washer on bearing.
1. Tip machine on side and remove bottom hatch cover.
2. Slide sensor (circled in photo below) off holding tab.
3. Remove J23 harness to Main Board.
