Route Guidance Mode
Once you have chosen your destination it displays on the map and you can select:

Start Select this option to start the route guidance. Per default, SYNC selects the
preferred route (the default is to use the fastest route). You can update this
in the Navigation settings. See Settings (page 256).
Save This saves the destination to your favorites.
