This feature resets all the handset settings or all except the network settings.

Resets all the handset settings except "Preferred
networks", "Auto-connect" and "Network proxy".
Resets all the handset settings. However, the contacts
stored on your PC version of Skype Contacts list will be
downloaded and displayed on your handset's Contacts
list when you sign in to Skype with the handset.
