5.2. Settings for Microsoft Internet Explorer

If you have difficulties accessing the camera or upgrading firmware, it is suggested to complete the
following settings of your computer.
1. If error messages pop up when installing ActiveX in the Login page, follow the steps below to fix the
problem.
a. When the error message "Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher.
" pops up, you may need to modify Internet Explore's security settings.
Open the Internet Explore, click Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab > Custom Level, the Security
Settings windows appears.
