MSS Mana GT ABS
- Check the levelness of the two rotor surfaces and
the pump body with a trued bar as an abutment
plane as indicated in the figure.
CAUTION
FAILURE TO OBSERVE THESE RULES CAN CAUSE SE-
RIOUS DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE. IF THE VALUES ARE
NOT WITHIN THE PRESCRIBED LIMITS, REPLACE THE
COMPONENTS.
Characteristic
Limit value allowed:
0.1 mm
- Check all the conditions indicated above, fit the
plug and tighten the fixing screws to the prescribed
torque.
Locking torques (N*m)
Cover screws
0.7 ÷ 0.9
Installing
- Operating from inside the flywheel side crank-
case half:
- Fit the by-pass recovery duct, with the gasket and
tighten the four fixing screws to the prescribed tor-
que.
Locking torques (N*m)
By-pass scavenge pipe fixing screws
- Make sure the gasket is in the correct position.
NOTE
THE TOOTH OF THE GASKET MUST BE IN ITS SEAT.
