THE REAR CYLINDER PISTON, UNLIKE THE FRONT ONE, MUST BE FITTED WITH THE ARROW
TURNED TOWARDS THE EXHAUST.
THE PISTON RINGS MUST BE FITTED WITH THE "TOP" REFERENCE OR THE TRADEMARK
FACING UP.
Rod small end - pin - piston
ROD SMALL END - PIN COUPLING CLEAR-
ANCE
- Calculate the rod small end - pin coupling clear-
ance.
Characteristic
Standard clearance:
0.015 - 0.029 mm
PIN - PISTON COUPLING CLEARANCE
- Calculate the pin - piston coupling clearance.
NOTE
THE PIN HOUSINGS HAVE TWO LUBRICATION CHAN-
NELS FOR THIS REASON MEASURE THE DIAMETER AC-
CORDING TO THE PISTON AXIS

Standard clearance:
0.001 - 0.010 mm
PISTON BEARINGS DIAMETER
- Measure the diameter of the bearings on the piston.

Standard diameter:
22 + 0.006 +0.001 mm
