sistance between
check connector's
V/sw (II) tenninal
(G/B) and ground

(B/R) is below

NO
Replace ECM.
YES
EMISSION CONTROL SYS"rEM
OK
Replace V/sw (II).
V/sw (II) (G/B) circuit
harness short-circuited.
Repair.
