PCA Overview

Main PCA - This PCA manages system functions, contains all external
communication ports, all system configuration settings, and is the central PCA for
internal chassis communications. The main PCA is powered by 24 V dc from the
main power supply. There is no calibration data stored on this PCA.
LED indication (located on the main PCA, near the main processor):
Application running - pause, blink, blink at 0.6 second intervals
Application not Running - full on or full off
Operating system/firmware - kernel and main firmware.
Touchscreen PCA - This PCA works with the touchscreen. The touchscreen
and display are factory aligned.
Solenoid Driver PCA - This PCA interfaces through the canbus with the main
processor and modules. This PCA manages the solenoid drivers for isolation
valves in the main chassis and is the input point for the module bay open/closed
switch.
LED indication (located on the solenoid driver PCA which is on the PCM dock
manifold):
Application running - on/off, blink at 1 second intervals
Application running - no communication - on/off, blink at 2 second intervals
Downloading or no application loaded - pause, double blink
Not functioning - full on or full off
Solenoid Driver PCA – PMM block - This PCA is an extension from the PCM
solenoid.
PM200 PCA - Pressure measurement PCA. Calibration data is stored on this
PCA.
LED indication (located on the PM200 module PCA - visible when you service
the PM200 module):
Application running - on/off blink at 1 second intervals
Application running, no communication - on/off blink at 2 second intervals
Downloading or no application loaded - pause, double blink
Not functioning - full on or full off
PM600 PCA - Same PCB as the PM200 but includes a barometric sensor.
