PM600 Digital Barometer Optimization

PM600s that use a digital on-board barometer can be aligned at 75 kPa and
103 kPa. Set the C0 (OFFSET_SET2), C1 (GAIN_SET2) and CAL_DATE
(CAL_DATE2) to align.
Alignment is not required and is only used for dynamic compensation of
barometric pressure while in gauge mode. Fluke Calibration recommends to only
align the on-board barometer only if calibrating the PM600 module in gauge
mode with atypical results.
With the calibration sled, the command to read the on-board barometer is VAL2?
From the chassis, the command to read the on-board barometer is
MEAS:PRES(n)? where (n) is the PM600 slot #
For example, if the module is in slot 1, send the command: MEAS:PRES2?
1. (n) = 2
2. (n) = 12
3. (n) = 22
4. (n) = 32
5. (n) = 42

Setup

Connect the pressure controller to the reference port of Product or
PMM-CAL-KIT-20M. See Figure 44.
For PM600-BG15K PMMs, apply pressures to both UUT test ports to
prevent over pressurizing of the BG15K sensor. For all other range
PM600s, apply pressure to the reference port to adjust the digital on-
board barometer.
