Manifold Replacement

To prevent possible electrical shock, fire, or personal injury,
turn off the Product and disconnect the mains power cord prior
to the removal procedure. Shut off the supply pressure and
vent the system before you remove the manifold, valve, or
associated parts.
The rear-panel manifolds can be removed while retaining the external pressure
connections by removing the four M5 x 75 screws, see Figure 9. For example, if
the Product is in a rack and the chassis must be removed for service, the
manifold can be taken out of the Product while all necessary hoses and inputs
are still connected.
To replace the manifold, see Figure 9:
1. Shut off the supply pressure and vent the system.
2. Remove all pressure lines and fittings from the manifold.
3. Use a 4 mm T-handle hex wrench to remove the four M5 x 75 screws  and
remove the manifold from the chassis.
To install manifold guides and O-rings:
1. Push the two guide bushings  into the manifold.
2. Apply a very small amount of vacuum grease to the O-rings.
3. Install the five O-rings  into the manifold.
To reinstall the manifold, replace the manifold into the chassis and tighten the
four screws, torque: 6.2 N m (55 lbf in). Reattach hoses and fittings as needed.
