To use a 2400 DWG:
1. Setup the 2400 DWG per the instructions in the 2400 DWG Users Manual.
2. Start COMPASS for Pressure and select the appropriate UUT and test
definition for the PMM under test.
3. Create appropriate UUT and test definitions in COMPASS for Pressure with
the pressures defined in the calibration matrices at the end of this manual.
Pressure measurement command for sled:
VAL?
Pressure command for active module on the chassis:
MEAS:PRES1?
Each calibrated range requires a COMPASS for Pressure data (.dat) file to be
saved in the approved COMPASS for Pressure directory under the
Model>Serial Number of the UUT. The COMPASS for Pressure data file
directory location is determined by the calibration laboratory. The default
location is C:\dhi\COMPASS for Pressure\Data.

Troubleshooting

Table 48 explains minor troubleshooting issues. For issues outside of the scope of this
section, the Product may require service. See Contact Fluke Calibration.

Electrical Problems
Verify that the Product is plugged in and power is available.
Check the fuse per instruction in this manual.
Verify the main power switch is ON.
Check the fan. If the fan is on or solenoid click is heard, see
the "Display does not turn on" problem.
If the fan is not on, have the power supply serviced. Verify
internal power connections.
Verify that power is supplied, see above.
Verify power to front panel.  and should be lit.
Verify the  is in the ON state.
If  is yellow, then push it to turn on display.
Open front panel and verify the power plug is connected to the
front panel.
Open the front panel door, check the USB cable connection to
the front panel.
Reinstall the USB cable connection.
Inspect the connection.
Allow internal fuse to cool and retry. Verify the rating of the
external solenoids.
Limit current of external solenoids.
